Everyday Life with Liz gets it's name from being just that, everyday life! You wont find fancy anything lol I am a real person, not an influencer, not a take 15 pictures to get it right... just honest and real. I hope to share all kinds of things with you, be it tips and tricks I've learned through life (trial and error!) ha! Also the truth of Christ and His amazing love. To be christian is to be Christ like. Am I perfect at that, defintely not. Do I always try to share love and kindness with truth, absolutely! 

If you dont find me around the house doing all the things, you see me out traveling! My husband and I love to take weekend road trips on a budget. We pack or cook most of our food, stay in shared Air bnb rooms (where we get meet lots of great people) go window shopping, peek through antique stores and walk trails through beautiful parks. Notice I didn't say "hike" trails haha!

My autoimmune journey has been a tough one. I have had severe fibromyalgia for over 15 years. Recently diagnosed with Lupus among other things including migraines. This means I cant "work" all the time. Being home and doing small business allows me to set the schedule and work on my own time when my body allows. My great husband and family are very supportive and helpful with all the things. No matter my will to do it all, I just cant, but I will not give up. The best thing I can do is stay active as much as possible and eat clean, wholesome foods. Thus why not share that with you!
